All items in this shop are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem so I can make it right.

Because each item is created specifically for your order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please double-check your size and color selection before checking out.

If there is a printing or quality issue, I will work directly with the manufacturer to send a replacement at no cost to you.

All sales are final. Due to the mystery/surprise nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Our boxes contain a variety of novelty, cosmetic, candy, accessory, toy, and lifestyle items that may vary by order, inventory, age group, and theme. Specific items are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

• Damaged items after delivery

• Injuries resulting from improper use

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, materials, and warnings before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Some products may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Products may not be suitable for children under 3 years old.

Shipping damage claims must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier when applicable.

We reserve the right to substitute products based on inventory availability while maintaining overall box value and theme.
